Questions about pricing
How are your prices worked out?
Our rates are per vehicle, not per person, and include your private vehicle, fuel, your guide-driver and hotel pickup and drop-off. They are “from” rates: longer distances and extra hours are quoted before you book.
Which vehicle is right for us?
The Hyundai Creta, a stylish SUV, takes up to 4 guests: couples, solo travellers and small families. The Hyundai Staria takes up to 8 and is the best value for groups of 5 or more, with room for luggage.
What isn't included?
Entrance fees (such as Cape Point and Boulders Beach), meals, tastings and cableway tickets are paid separately. For adventure activities, you pay the activity fees directly to our trusted operators.
Can we change the plan on the day?
Yes. It's your trip. If you'd like to linger somewhere or skip a stop, just say so. If the day runs longer than planned, we'll agree the extra time with you first.
Do you drive in the evenings, or for events and shoots?
Yes. Our After Dark & VIP logistics cover nightlife routes, VIP arrivals with meet and greet, content shoot days with your driver on standby, and event shuttles for hospitality partners. Each is a tailor-made quote.
Can you collect us from the airport?
Yes. Book an airport transfer for right now, like a ride, or for later: we meet you at arrivals at Cape Town International, or collect you for your flight. Transfers are one way, per vehicle. Add your flight number and we'll plan the pickup around it.
How do I book and pay?
Choose how many are travelling, pick a tour or transfer and press Book. Your invoice arrives by email straight away, with a link to your private booking page. Pay there by card, or by bank transfer and upload your proof of payment. Your page then shows your car, its number plate and your driver once we've assigned them.
Is anything booked when I send a custom request?
No. A request from the trip planner is a conversation: nothing is booked until you have seen and accepted your quote.
Do you have places to stay?
Yes. Our apartments in Cape Town are let by the night. Book a stay on its own, or add an airport transfer or a tour to the same booking and pay one invoice. The address and check-in details are on your booking page once your stay is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel?
Open your booking page and choose Request a refund. Tell us what happened and we'll reply there and by email.
